A new product available from Moodie Outdoor Products is the Roocycle AccessMat. Roocycle AccessMat is a portable and removable rollout access pathway for pedestrians, wheelchair users, strollers and bicycles. AccessMat allows users to access areas they wouldn’t normally be able to such as beaches, lakes, rivers and boggy sites.

Along with AccessMat we are now offering WaterWheels – the floating wheelchair that allows the user to be partially submerged in water thus allowing the sensation of floating whilst the design allows for maximum stability with the assistance of a handler. X-Last Flexible Bollards

Moodie Outdoor Products recently supplied a number of X-Last Flexible Bollards to a project in Perth, WA.

The bollards we installed in a car park. These flexible bollards are perfect for this application. If they do managed to get knocked they will spring back to their vertical resting position and will not require replacement like a traditional steel bollard.

Snowy Skillion Shelter and Alley Settings

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the installation of a 5x8m Snowy Skillion Shelter with 2 of our 1.8m long Alley Settings for Gold Coast City Council

The Alley Settings are constructed with aluminium frames and powdercoated to colour of clients choice. The timber is Spotted Gum treated with Jarrah colour stain.

The Snowy Skillion features hardwood screening front and side of the shelter and custom orb roofing.

Pedestrian Bridge Installation

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the installation of a Cable Suspension Pedestrian Bridge in Onkaparinga, South Australia.

The bridge has a clear span of 45m and a trafficable width of 1m. One side of the bridge includes 20m of approach ramps whilst the other side has a 2m x 2m wheelchair turning landing and access stairs.

Project Completion – Pedestrian Bridge

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of a Pedestrian Bridge in Artarmon, NSW.

The bridge is an Outside Products Mawson Steel Beam Bridge and measures 8m long and 1.5m wide. The bridge features hot dip galvanised steel beams, bearers,joists handrails and balustrading. The client opted for ACQ treated hardwood decking. Sandstone blocks were installed as steps up onto the bridge.

Ability Table Tennis Table

A new product from Moodie Outdoor Products is the Ability Table Tennis Table. The Ability Table Tennis Table utilises the Abilitybox system and combines it with our sturdy outdoor Table Tennis playing top and frame.

The Ability able Tennis Table can be permanently installed outdoors. The flat pack nature of the Abilitybox system means that freight is often inexpensive and local materials can be sourced to provide ballast inside the legs and negates the need to bolt this table down.

The Abilitybox legs are available in CoreX steel, Powdercoated Black or Galvanised Steel as standard. On request the legs can be powdercoated any colour….as can the table frame and playing net!

Making water from the Sun

Moodie Outdoor Products is proud to introduce a new product known as the Source HydroPanel. Source HydroPanel is a solar-powered and self-contained device capable of harvesting up to 10 liters of clean drinking water per day from the air.

By harvesting water vapor from the air and condensing it into liquid, atmospheric water generators can essentially pull water from the air, and these devices hold a lot of promise for providing an independent source of drinking water.

Combine the Source HydroPanel with one of the Bubblers available from the Moodie range and you can create a ready made drinking fountain even in the most remote locations.

Spring Farm Custom Spec Restroom

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the installation of this Custom Spec restroom at Spring Farm.

The restroom is a 1D1A layout with the addition of an extra storeroom. The customisations for this restroom include:
– Split face blockwork
– Solar powered lighting
– Solar powered auto door locking
-Vandal proof strip lighting

Internal tiling has been installed along with a baby change table.
